Everything productive and profitable is run on a system. This is something which I acquired from Bill Glazer when I spoke in an event for him years back that changed my life. He taught me the 3 business lessons you should learn from McDonalds. McDonalds? Yes. Everything at Mickey D's operates on a system from how long they cook the fries to which ads go out to what time the doors are open. I mean that is all within the system. I believe you even go to Hamburger University if you work there if I am not mistaken. It is all based on a system.

Therefore, for your business to be productive, you need to begin mapping out the systems to get things done fast. Knowing me, I'm all about speed as well as implementation. By speed, I don't mean the drug! If you have a system, you could be so much more productive in your business. Search for systems; buy systems; put your workers on systems. Then, you could make more income because you will have more time and less waste of merchandise, resources, as well as time.

Another tip is generating multiple income streams that are very valuable. In addition, so how exactly does McDonalds operate multiple income streams? This is a small side note. Anyone know how McDonalds, the core of their money or where it comes from is real estate. Did you know, they're a real estate company? It's not their Happy Meals. You have got to sell a a lot of Happy Meals to make a million bucks, so McDonald's is also a real estate company.

Therefore, what else can your organization do in order to get multiple income streams? Can you sell or own another side business? Can you determine more than one way to generate income to your business? If you fail to determine this by yourself, then begin seeking a mentor right away who understands this stuff like I do! I understand that my clients appreciate it when I am able to see the path for multiple streams of income for them, so figure it out for yourself or employ someone to assist you!

Let me ask you this, and I do hope you don't know the answer. When you enter the store at McDonald's restaurant, what's one thing you can never find? The proprietor. But who makes all the money? Should the owner be there sweeping floors? No, he is not there, and no he shouldn't be there. So why are you at your business in the evening? So why are you sweeping the floors in the evening? So why are you not thinking like a proprietor of your business? Consider that.

The owner is one thing you can never find other than paper towels in the bathroom. Why? Because if the proprietor is not there doing that stuff, the proprietor can get someone to accomplish that for 10 bucks or 15 bucks an hour. But who makes all the money? The owner. Therefore, begin taking these 3 things into consideration. Get on a systemized program, determine multiple streams of revenue, and quit doing things that you are able to hire someone for less money to complete those things for you, so that you are free to work on the more profitable area of the business! Those are the three things that changed my life after I learned these things years ago.
